Virgin Gold Japanese stainless steel mono blade. Virgin Gold stainless steel is high carbon contained quality steel which has been used in making quality knives in Japan.
Virgin Gold steel must have good quality controlled by craftsman in making a knife as it is very difficult to treat with heat and sharpening. Perfect heat treating to bring its best hardness and durability, Sharpened with whetstones by hand to give a perfect edge for it.
